Pair of Pro Boxing MMA Target Sticks. Training with these padded sticks will improve your speed, accuracy, and hand – eye coordination!  Thinner design provides a more elusive target without sacrificing durability. Features a solid rattan stick core (not hollow plastic tube which shatters on impact!) surrounded by closed cell foam and covered with a heavy, tear-resistant polyester cover.  Approx. 1.1 inch in diameter and 20 inch long.  Sold by Pair. One Red, One Blue. (Boxing Gloves NOT INCLUDED!)
